Customer inquiries: email address, inquiry content, and response history.
Service use: access logs, cookies, IP address, browser and device data, and records needed to prevent abuse.
Account identification, login, account management, and abuse prevention.
Order confirmation, payment, delivery, exchange, refund, and purchase history management.
Customer support, notices, dispute handling, legal compliance, security, analytics, and service improvement.
Account information is deleted without delay after account withdrawal or once the processing purpose is achieved.
E-commerce records may be retained for statutory periods, including five years for contract, withdrawal, payment, and supply records, and three years for consumer complaint or dispute records.
Access records may be retained for three months where required by law.
