3. Service

T-ACT provides tactical DIY gear product information, build guides, account login, ordering or purchase links, and customer support.

Service content may change or be suspended for operational, legal, or quality reasons.

4. Accounts

Users may sign up or log in through Google or Kakao OAuth.

Users are responsible for managing their own account access and must not transfer accounts or allow unauthorized use.

Minors may need consent from a legal representative for purchases, and transactions without required consent may be cancelled under applicable law.

5. Orders, Payment, Delivery, and Refunds

Product price, contents, shipping fee, and expected delivery timing are displayed on product or checkout pages.

Orders are formed when payment or the order confirmation process is completed.

Users may request withdrawal, exchange, or refund under applicable consumer protection laws. Withdrawal may be restricted for damaged, used, customized, or legally excluded goods.

Return and exchange requests are handled by email at hello@bp.studio. The return or exchange address is provided separately after the request is received.

T-ACT products are for accessory and utility use only and must not be used for climbing, rescue, load-bearing, or life-safety purposes.

BP Studio may limit liability for damages caused by user fault, safety notice violations, network failures, force majeure, or third-party service issues to the extent permitted by law.
